I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN A TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT TO FIX MY LANDLINE AND INTERNET CONNECTION!!!
For the last three months on numerous occasions I called Telkom to look at my scratchy landline with intermittent internet facilitiy. A technician arrived to say that I need a Potts filter and my problems will all vanish. I collected one at the Kenilworth Telkom branch, thankfully free of charge. I then connected it and found nothing changed. I called again to log a call for Telkom to visit. Could you believe it, two weeks down the line and nobody appeared. Is this the kind of service one can expect as I am paying for a service which I cannot use. Now this is not only frustrating but also a financial loss. Telkom you are pathetic as a service provider.
Beginning December 2014 I bought a pair of Crockett & Jones shoes. April 2015 I noticed the shoes peeling. Taking it back, American Clothing said they have to send it back to the manufacturer and wait for report. Two weeks down the line I enquirer and was told no report yet. My argument with American Clothing is, why must I wait on Crocket & Jones for feedback. If you buy a loaf of bread which is not satisfactory you have it replaced by the shop and not the bakery. Why am I waiting with no feedback, this is lousy service from American Clothing.
