<p>My 24 months contract was finished and I decided not to renew my contract. However I had over 280 MG Data, over 500 SMS and around 100 minutes still valid for my number. This has all GONE / DISAPPEREAD/VANISHED into thin air. How can you, VODACOM, take what I paid for all these months???? I paid R every month for 24 months and yet u have audacity to take my PROPERTY. Just from reading all the comments, it is so clear to note that you deliver very pathetic service, have no customer satisfaction, but I guess that doesnt bother u. Well continue doing the stupendous job of making your clients unhappy and one day soon you will reap this reward of outstanding dedication and achievement!!!</p>
<p>Currently in Zeerust we have been having unusual amounts of power failures and that too only in certain sections. I do believe that our powers are being cut by the municipality. When we call the landline or emergency numbers, they never answer. Nor do we get honest answers as to why the power is off when we drive to the council offices. please help us as many of the residents need to work to earn an income and with power outages we left stranded!</p>
I went to PnP on Monday 04 Jan 2016, to withdraw money and to buy chocolates for my 2 sons. After standing in 2 different queues, and spending about 20 min, when I reached the teller, presented my chocolates and asked for R600, she said she only had R300. The manner in which she spoke was degrading as she confirmed that she only had R300. So I suggested she call the manager who can organize the money from one of the other tills. Instead the teller had the audacity to ask me if I was expecting the manager to take money from her wallet and give it to me as no tills had money. SERIOUSLY?? No cash at all in any of the many draws???Teller pushed my chocolates aside, and started serving the customer behind me.. Did she not see my chocolates - WTF?? Needless the even more arrogant manager came to tell me that the teller confirmed that there is no money so there is no money.. I do believe that if you are exhausted and cant be around people, get yourself another job. Dont spoil other peoples day because of your sour attitude. Clearly neither of them got IT ALL that morning!
My family (Husband, wife and 3 sons) went to Wimpy at Newtown Junction at around 18H00 on 14 May 2015, we ordered our Cremocinos and as we waited, my husband told our 2 sons to go inside and collect balloons for the 3 of them. The lady at the Take Away till Point was so Bloody rude and Arrogant that she tells my son that he had better not come back for another one in a disrespectful and arrogant manner as he was collecting a 3rd balloon for his toddler brother! How the hell can you tell a 5 year old not take balloons for his whole family - now can you really expect a grown couple to walk around with balloons for themselves? and when I confronted this lady, she had such stinking attitude and the supervisor was so F***ed up that he can only laugh at me instead of speaking to this lady. I have to say this service is the worst that I have ever had at a wimpy store. U are Pathetic
