I am a health professional registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). HPCSA is notoriously bad at getting things done and phones just ring unanswered. Every year when it is time to renew registration they happily take our money (and it's not small change) but it's a struggle to get your registration certificate eventhough it's an electronic system. I requested a letter of Goodstanding from HPCSA on 7 October 2021. I paid R680 for it and provided an affidavit and even a police clearance certificate but I have been met with silence despite resending my email weekly to hpcsacgs@hpcsa.co.za. It has been over 2 months and still no response. There is no complaints section to lodge a complaint and phoning is just futile since they do not man their phones. I do not know what the hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals pay them good money for each year.
I'm sick to death of Vodacom's poor service...that be account management, call centre, my vodacom app as well as poor network coverage - cant even make calls in my home despite having reported this in previous years!! I've been a customer for 7 years and I have had enough! Firstly there has been no resolution of the airtime and data that constantly went missing on 3 of my lines, so to help MYSELF, I migrated all 3 lines to open lines. Since then I cannot purchase data via *111# nor via my vodacom app...I don't know why I even tried because I've never been able to buy data on the app anyway. Plus my other lines are not visable on the app! I called customer service. I get cut off after verifying all my details but they don't even bother returning my call. I call again. Then I'm told my account is in arrears after a long wait. This is completely impossible as YOU debit my account. I get put through to accounts department. I have to verify my details again!!! Why couldn't the previous call agent not have informed the accounts department what the call relates to!? To top it all my call gets cut again and no one returns my call!! This is truly pathetic Vodacom!!

We got married in 2014 and used Saunderson Attorneys to draw up our antenuptual contract. My husband is in the process of buying another property to add to his investment portfolio but it has now surfaced that we are married In Community of Property. We tried to phone and email Saunderson Attorneys to question them but they aren't reachable and their website no longer exists. We had a search done at the deeds office and true as bob there is no antenuptual contract in existence. This has dire consequences for us because we each have properties which are now, by default, jointly owned. My husband has a business which we also now jointly own. Our initial need for the antenuptual contract was to spread our risk should something go wrong with the business. We now need to get divorced and remarried or draw up a postnuptual contract and all our properties need to be transferred out of our respective names! The costs will be enormous! We are looking at sueing these "attorneys".
