My Nissan Bruma experience with my new Omoda C5 turned sour. While I found a better price there than at another dealership, the focus on price overshadowed the importance of customer service. Despite agreeing to collect the car on Tuesday, delays ensued due to last-minute roadworthy checks. Frustrated by the long wait and lack of communication, I declined a pickup from the road worthy facility directly, insisting on the full VIP experience I'd envisioned for my first "new" car purchase. Returning that afternoon, the ordeal continued. We waited, the salesman was absent, and the sales manager's involvement didn't improve matters. Observing them rearrange cars, my excitement dwindled. The handover was a disaster too; the car was dirty, scratched, and soap stained. We were told to wait in a "VIP" lounge whilst they took the car back for inspection and cleaning, however, the long VIP lounge wait lacked even basic refreshments. Overwhelmed, I broke down in tears watching others enjoy their new car experiences, questioning my decision to even buy the car, especially from Nissan Bruma! Eventually, they cleaned the car, but the joy was gone. It was polished and presented with a bow, but I was too upset to appreciate it. This experience taught me that while price is important, how you're treated matters more. I wouldn't recommend Nissan Bruma for anyone making a significant new car purchase. I had a better experience buying a new bicycle down the road.
I recently purchased a monitor stand online and was pleasantly surprised to receive it in just 48 hours! The delivery person was extremely friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the stand and the fact that I received the invoice electronically was an additional benefit.
