If you want to waste money booking a holiday do it with these letting agents.. We booked 3 nights. Day one you can only check in after 2 so you lose that entire day. Day 3 you have to check out at 9 so you lose that entire day. In essence you book 3 days you only get 1 entire day at their venues.
There is zero customer support. I accidently purchased the incorrect item. to which I requested on the online chat for it to be corrected. gave me banking details to pay the difference and never heard from snatcher again
Hi,<br> <br> I got to gateway and after 45mins finally was seen to only to find our the phone I want is out of stock. (Huawei P8 black, this is advertised on telkom website but they do have stock of any phone except samsung), I asked the consultant to check with store has black in stock, he checked his system and said to me Musgrave is showing stock. My cell phone stopped working so I desperately neededea new phone. I drove to Musgrave only to be told by the sales lady that they have no stock and I specifically asked her for a black/grey P8. After this I asked to speak to the store manager as this was now the SECOND TIME, Umhlanga made me drive to musgrave and they had no stock. Ivan refused to see me but instead asked the sales consultant to tell me he has made a plan and I can collect the phone from Telkom Overport city.I drove to overport city and spoke to the store manager and consultant, the consultant started the paper work, with the letter from my wife only to find they have white. I went back to gateway to speak to the manager but got the consultant to lie that was was not in, other consultants, confrimed she was in her office. I travel the whole of Durban and still no phone
