Dear fnb, my savings pocket that came with the cheque account is frozen. I have been to the branch (Woodlands Boulevard, and it's an excellent branch may I add) but still no luck. Story I'm told is that the risk department must undo this, which really puzzles me cause I have an overdraft and credit card with you, but you opt to lock R700 in! Hayini. Can someone please fix this cause I'm really broke this month and I need to access that account.
I had a Jet account for many years, and at some stage I was offered an RMCS contract which I was pleased with. I have never had a problem using this contract. It was all good until I was retrenched and had to close my Jet account amongst others. I've been to Jet stores a number of times to explain that I still receive airtime from them, can they please cancel the contract as it is unpaid for since the account is closed already. Without any success, eventually they gave me a number to call, which I tried 0860 332244, still no luck. So please cancel my contract cause you are not getting any payments from me.
