****mers, we made a payment on 19th December never received our hair, every we make contact they are r promising next time u speak to new person they refuse to give their names, at tines they rude, tired I need the hair I ordered

Exceptional aftersales care 100% plus
I bought my bag at their Sun city store 2016 and on the 17th had an incident were by bag was soak wet with water, unfortunately i didn't have my care booklet with me. I went online to google for the any stores contact cos the Sun City 1 is closed. I got the Cape Town 1, when I called a very nice lady answered and she was very helpful and sympathetic at the same time. She went an extra mile by calling the buffalo manufacture for advice and gave her cell contact so that I should update her with the developments. She gave the best aftersales care experience. I forgot her name, but I take my hat off for her.

Happy customer
I bought spar nuggets and Vienna's for vegetarians on the 6th DEC at Spar Rustenburg Square and my daughter realised after 3days that they have expired on 14th Oct by then the slip was lost .On the 19th Dec I was at Spar doing shopping and I wanted to buy spar Vienna's but the expiry dated on the box was Oct 2020 .At the till I told the cashier my story of the boxes that I bought on the 6th ,she called her Supervisor Lerato. She listened to me and she said they will replace I box because I didn't have a slip nor an empty box .I am very happy they way she spoke with me, her people's skill is on point ,Thanx Lerato

Wrong Shelftalker
<p>It was around 19h20 @Choppies Boshoek,saw summerland bucket juice the orange buckets were on the shelf marked R99.00 and the yellow buckets were on the shelf marked R32.99.As the yellow ones were cheap took one bucket.At the till the cashier scanned it and showed R99.00 ,I took her(Karabo)to the shelf and she saw it ,she took the shelftalker out and it was written fusion .She called the manager (Thabo) whom I explained my story and told him I took it because I saw a bargain .I didn't check the description ,I only looked at the price.I told him I am prepared to pay the price I saw on the shelftalker.I even asked why didn't they put the right shelftalker ,he said they needed space and he can't help with paying the price that I saw.Whose fault is it ,with wrong shelftalker?</p>
