Order no: 2023401264 To whom it may concern. I placed an order online and only received part of my order. I have logged a query on two occasions on your website to follow up on my order. The personnel who come back to me have been quick, but the store that is meant to deliver is giving me and you a run around. Each time the store tells you next day it will be delivered, this week nothing has arrived. This order was placed on the 22nd April. I see on the status on the website it says order completed, but it is not completed. If you can not supply me the Timber SAP H2 CCA Treated 38 x 38 x 6000 mm, Qty of 4, please refund me, and I will purchase the wood at cash build. I've been buying from builders for years, and disappointed in the service and which gives you guys a bad name.
Worst department to get hold of. Paid via web portal, payment not allocated. Emailed them on two occasions proof that money stated paid on their site and remittance got via sms. No one answers or assists, call Centre says they can’t help. HELP pla
What a mission to get a claim registered with yu optics department and to be paid out. Sent receipt, sent invoice from Spec-savers and other details requested. Then get a email asking again for receipt and then been told report for the eye test which was not asked before!! Such an issue and pain to submit this. You have in the years paid for my other glasses, not you make me feel like I am taking a chance here. Now I cancel my medical aid with you guys!!!!!!!! I have sent an email to info@keyhealth and membership@keyhealth and requested for the necessary forms to cancel my medical aid with you. I have been a member for years, now you lost one!!!!
Car went in for repairs in January. At the time service was okay.... Collected my about 16 days later, the following day I picked up that the paint on bumper was bubbling / cracking. I then questioned this, as a new part should of not of been painted, This is when I picked up that the two parts of the bumper was not replaced as approved by insurance company to be done.... When I queried this and took the car back, I was told it was meant to be replaced and consultant didnt know why they didnt replace it as, job card stated it had to be replaced. This indicating something under handed happening... They tried to repair it and didnt think I would of picked this up. Afterwards at close inspection, that they glued the bumper where it was broken by the clips with glue, resprayed the one part of it, when reassembling my car. they broke number plate light and used glue to fix that, chip the paint on fender.... Was meant to get my car back today, and not able to get hold of Lerato, left two messages and sent an email. First when my car went in, I was getting updates, now with me taking car back, not received not one update at all during the process..... After this all, I would not recommend Renew-it Bedfordview. Even now, tried to call again, and receptionist just takes my number as says Lerato call me back........
Good day MTN. I am writing this on behalf of my 86 year old grandmother. She has logged a fraud case on her account with MTN end of July, that two contracts was taken out on her name..... We done the sworn statement, proof of her identity etc... When we call each week, we get no update.... So now we are taking this up on social media, that we hope this can be sorted out. Can someone from the fraud department make contact with us, we were promised this would be resolved in 21 days, 21 days is long past, and with today call to customer care, fraud department havent even started looking into this.... Now the old lady getting sms that legal action will be taken against her, due to account not paid up to date, per agreement with customer care, we pay manually at the MTN store her subscription for her number and not pay for the other two contracts that was taken out on her name until this matter is resolved.
