Sitting every night with speed lower than 5mb on 400mb line. Reporting this daily and nothing is happening. Unable to do my work form home.
Sittin ever night with speed lower than 5mb on 400mb line. Reporting this daily and nothing is heppening. Unable to do my work form home.
<p>I'm sending message after message regarding my network that is slow and somtimes no connection at all. Do not get any answer or assistance.</p>
<p>This is now a month since the phone was reported. First they said they will pay out the phone. Then they said now it was a system error and they need to fix the phone. Almost a monht later and no courier came to collect the phone but the insurance told me that the phone is almost fixed at the technical department. Spoke this Morning to Veronica Motswana who told me that the previous operators was confused. I need this phone replaced as this is now a mont already. Poor service and different excuses every day.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 31 Jan Nathan Mangope from hollard replied that he will give me feedback during the course of the day. Never haerd back from him and even send him an email. I've been calling Hollard everyday since. The one operator told me that they will replace the phone with a different model of the same price. Three day later they said that the order was send to the courier service. The next day they told me that I will get a call in the next two hours for comformation of address for delivery. the next day I phoned again and another incompetend operator told me that they can not replace the phone with a different device. I told her that I need to speak to a manager end she said every one is in a meeting and someone will call me back. This is now 2 days later and still no call. I'm now going to seek legal advice and also tell my story on every sosial media available. Never seen such poor service from a big insurance company with operators with different stories every day. People deffenately do not have any training. I need a new phone or my money back in 24 hours. Also going to spek to Manger of Game. They are quiv\ck to sell insurance for devices and do not care of service after. </p>
