I placed an order on 27/01/2025 at 17:30 to be delivered at the same address they have been delivering to for over a year, about 50 minutes after the order was placed, the driver cancels the order due to "address not being found". I wasn't contacted to confirm the address nor were my funds reversed back to my account because of this glitch, I drove to the Checkers outlet to collect my order, I was told the driver picked the order and drove out and turned back without delivering and cancelled the order. The shop staff were very helpful we contacted the sixty60 team, they were rude, they didn't want to take accountability , in the end I was told I can't take my groceries and that I would have to wait for them to return and refund which has a turn around time of 48 hours. I will never use Sixty60 and want my refund back.
In July 2024 I had a once off seizure and was admitted in Life Glynwood hospital, Dr Bongani Ngele was allocated to me as a neurologist. I struggled to get any proper diagnosis from this doctor, in the end he sent an MRI, EEG and Doppler report that stated that he cannot diagnose any form of epilepsy but that he cannot exclude any type of seizure disorder. I haven't had any seizure episode since that day in July. Fast forward, I then app**** for a life cover with Old Mutual , in which I had disclosed the seizure, treatment and final diagnosis . They then sent a questionnaire to the Dr Ngele requesting more information on the incident. The dr's receptionist completed the forms claiming that I have some kind of epilepsy, and that I never followed up with the Dr, and that I there was no clinical tests run i.e MRI and Doppler, and that essentially I am a risk. The life cover was declined due to all these lies, she promised to refill in the forms and send back but unfortunately the underwriters will only be able to review the case after months, So for the next months I do not have a life cover nor a server illness cover because of this doctors' incompetency. I called his office to find out why he had given the insurance feedback that he never gave me. For 1 he says I have some form of epilepsy , but when I saw him for my EEG results he told me he cant put me on any medication because he cant diagnose a seizure from 1 single episode all of a sudden he has a name for the type of seizure I have. Why am I not of medication and what is my true diagnosis. Please stop being vague and explain my condition, you were paid over R50k by the medical aid for what exactly?
I made a payment through cash send on 5 August 2024, the voucher is reflected as pending instead of reedamable, therefore the recipient could not redeem the voucher at Shoprite. I contacted capitec on 6 Aug to enquire I was informed the funds will be reversed into my account in 24 hours. It's 13 Aug the money is still not reversed back, instead I am being sent from one agent to another who all give different answers as to why my money is still pending on their side. This also happened to, my sister who never funds back.
I paid a reservation fee at We buy cars southgate, I decided not to take the car it had a lot of problems. I was promised my reservation refund in 72 hours, it's been 2 weeks now no joy. We buy cars lie and are a ****. I want my reservation money back please

I have been trying to contact Shenaaz on this number 011 509 3069 the whole week last week and even today, she is just not taking my calls. Today when I called her I was told she is on lunch. I claimed my provident fund and was told that she is the one dealing with my claim. I need your assistance please to fast track my claim as I am in a crisis with my daughter's school fees and the car repayments. I understand the SLAs however I am requesting you to please give priority to my claim as I might lose the car and my daughter will be suspended if I do not pay by 31 May 2024 and she cannot afford this now as she is in matric and busy with second term exams.
