The Courier Guy - Potential loss of R1m project
Delivered tender to the wrong address and evetually caused a late submission. E-mial correspondance and waybill confirmed address and delivery date. Worst communcation from manager other than "will be difficult to get the refund" & ooops, the driver went to the wrong address.... Lost a potential R1m project!

4 hour wait in Wilgers ER
We visited the ER on 1 June 2021, with a possible shoulder fracture. We arrived just after 17h00, was first consulted at 20h00 and left after 21h00 the evening! This was only to be examined by a doctor and to get X-rays. I appreciate that COVID may be used as a reason, but no COVID patients are treated in the ER. This was not the first 4h+ wait that we experienced. The worst trauma unit in South Africa - pls avoid at all costs.
