I am EMOTIONALLY exhausted after dealing with one of their rental agents in Centurion. Should I ever see their name on a rental contract I will RUN! NEVER EVER want to deal with one of their agents again.
When you can’t predict your future, I would not recommend signing a contract with this company. I opted for moving the fibre (because to cancel it you have to pay a ridiculous amount) The only option you then have is to take a package that you have to sign for, for another 12 months for almost R200 more at a less speed.
This is the second time that I am struggling to get authorization from Fedhealth. We are on one of their "best" scheme options and it seems to be an effort for them to assist. They will transfer you from one person to the other or their system is off line. They DO NOT respond to emails. I've been struggling for a MONTH to get authorization. Phoning, emailing and still nothing.

We've been struggling to get Hospital Authorization for my 4 month old baby which will receive brain surgery on Monday but needs to be admitted to hospital on Sunday. After we've send through all documents requested on Friday 9h43 and several phone calls during the day I AGAIN phone them at 17h24 just to hear that the people who must make the final decision went home at 17h00 and will only be back on Monday!!!!! Now what!!???? The admission is on Sunday!
