DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, MADE 50 FCUKING PHONE CALLS AND THEY KEEP DOING IT. WASTE OF MY TIME. MANAGER DOES NOT CALL ME BACK, SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED.
AHMED IS AN IDIOT, HE PROMISES STUFF FOR THE BIG DAY BUT CAN NOT DELIVER, DECOR WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED, STAGE TABLE LAYOUTS ALL WRONG. HE INSISTS FOR MONEY TO BE PAID BEFORE HAND. HE IS A SWEET TALKER AND BIG PROMISE MAKER. SPOILT MY WEDDING. TAKES FOR EVER TO EDIT VIDEO AND IMAGES, WHEN I ASK CAMERAMEN DIRECT, THEY SAY THEY GAVE HIM THE FILES LONG AGO TO GIVE TO ME. CUT OF SO MANY PARTS OF THE VIDEO AND REFUSES TO HAND OVER THE ORIGINAL COPY TO ME. HES OWN FAMILY MEMBERS WARNED ME ABOUT HIM BEFORE THE WEDDING AND I DID NOT LISTEN BECAUSE HE IS SUCH A GOOD TALKER AND MAKES PROMISES. HE DOES NOT MAKE NOTES WHEN PLANNING THE WEDDING, THEREFORE HE SAYS WHAT WE ASKED FOR IS NOT IN WRITING AND NO PROOF THAT WE ASKED FOR THAT OR HE PROMISED THAT. REAL WASTE OF TIME, SPOILT MY BIG DAY AND MADE MY WIFE CRY ON HER WEDDING DAY.<br> <br> DO NOT EVER USE HIM FOR YOUR WEDDING UNLESS YOU PLAN ON SPOILING YOUR WEDDING.
This is my third report on mobilesplus and hereafter I plan on taking legal action against them.<br> Pathetic service, very unprofessional, complete waste of time.<br> <br> I do not recommend anyone to use mobilesplus EVER.<br> They need to close down their business.<br> <br> I have cancelled my contract with them in December 2014 after so many issues regarding that contract.<br> I am still being debited up until now.<br> <br> After every complaint they call back and make false promises but nothing gets done. <br> I have requested to speak to senior staff or managers, but they refuse to put me through to any senior members in mobilesplus.<br> <br> I am so tired of dealing with them that I do not want the money that they have debited from me illegally, all I want is for them to stop debiting my account from here on.<br> <br> They have wasted so much of my time and airtime with phone calls. <br> <br> Legal action will follow if this problem is not resolved immediately or if one of their senior staff does not call me immediately.<br> <br> Useless, pathetic, disgraceful service, extremely upset and pissed of at their unprofessional ways.
Took up a contract with mobilesplus in November 2014. I was mislead by the sales rep and cancelled my contract in December 2014. I had to wait a month, while my phone was offline for mobilesplus to solve their problems.<br> I had a look at my bank statements and noticed that I am still being debited from November. The last 6 months, for a contract that i have already cancelled.<br> After contacting the support center at mobilesplus, I was requested to send through my bank statements.<br> I have sent through my statements over a week ago and did not get any feedback from mobilesplus.<br> Mobilesplus is totally useless, i do not recommend anyone reading this complaint to take out any contracts etc with mobilesplus. Their service is pathetic. In december I was stranded without a phone during the festive season, I kept contacting mobilesplus, trying to reach some senior staff or managers, but I have failed to get passed any of the call center people. Seems like they have been trained well. <br> Totaly useless service, no support for clients, thieves, debiting peoples accounts.
