R99.99 coming off my account eventually found a number to contact SS Direct 031 837 1347 Lady told me that I had agreed to take out Home and Benefit insurance as per Tele Sales which is not true. She then said that they would refund which has not happened.. Now they are unreachable. It is so wrong that a debit order can be created without ones consent and that the banks allow it..

My bank account was debited on 01DEC'15 the amount of R99.99, and I I had not idea who and what this is for. All it had on was CJ MARKETING.<br> Upon further investigation by ABSA bank, they informed me that this was through SOUTH AFRICAN PAYMENT EXCHANGE (012)6655750 and could not assist me further and would need to call the number to find out and try get a refund. I phoned this number and I was told to phone 031 301 3805.<br> I tried this number and it is not in service.<br> Anyone know who CJ MARKET ? and how do I get a refund and sort this matter out.<br> I find it very worrying that someone can debit my account without my consent!

Had an unknown debit order on my account for R99-99 with ref service agreement collect serf and some numbers and letters. Enquired with Standard Bank. They told me it is for Fulcrum Collections. I phoned them. They told me it is for Oversurance 0319413983. I called them but they answer the phone Collect Serve. When transferred to Mags they answer Oversurance. They say they process payments for SSD Direct who are telesales people. I did not authorise anything and I never speak to telesales people - in fact I detest them with a passion. I refuse to buy anything from anybody who calls me!!!<br> THESE *** DEBIT ORDERS ARE KEPT UNDER THE R100 MARK SO THAT YOU DO NOT GET AN SMS TO YOUR PHONE.<br> CHECK YOUR STATEMENT MONTHLY TO STOP ROGUE DEBIT ORDER COMPANIES LIKE THESE!! <br> ALSO EMAIL [Email Removed] and report it!

DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, MADE 50 FCUKING PHONE CALLS AND THEY KEEP DOING IT. WASTE OF MY TIME. MANAGER DOES NOT CALL ME BACK, SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED.

National consumer act must investigate this company. This company deducted R99.99 in July and August from my bank account. I called 0313013805 and I found a lady who told me that refund will show in my account on the 07 Sept. Apparently they are dealing with vouchers and I told her that I never authorized such a thing and I don't even accept anything over the phone, How did this guys get access into my bank account?

I have been getting R99.99 debits from SS Direct monthly, from May. Their number 0313013805 goes unanswered. I want my R299.97 back as I have never signed or agreed to any of these debits. If it means I go the legal route, so be it.

Good day... I got a debit order notification today (30/07/2015) fro SS Direct, and I know nothing about this company or the reason for debiting my account. I called ABSA to inquire and they gave me the contact details to use to inquire with SS Direct. This is so frustrating to think that companies/people can just debit your account without your knowledge or authorizations. Really, banks need to come up with an innovation idea of reducing fraud and protecting their customers.
