I have been having a good relationship with Cell C services. Until a representative called me with my contract coming to an end in July. She never mentioned that I am applying for a new contract (0845203320) but made believe I am renewing the existing current contract (0848368640). She never mentioned the number 083 520 3320 because I would have rejected it and tell her that I am keeping the current number 084 836 8640. I am realising this now when a debit order is doubled and checked why am paying so much. I would like Cell C to cancel 084 520 3320 contract because I never agreed to it, even if I am using this number, it was under misleading information. I did receive a new SIM and am using but remember I did not know it's a different number. I would like to cancel the contract for 084 520 3320 and keep 084 836 8640 if Cell C allow. I cannot pay for two contracts that give me the same service, that's poor financial decision. Cell C knows I have been having this contract for years. I rated it 5 stars because their service has been good all these years. Only their representative who misled me for entering into a new contract.

I boarded this bus, Intercity FP00HX. GP, number 329 from Johannesburg to Matatiele on the 8July 2022 arriving on the 9 July 2022. The bus was in very, very bad condition to travel human beings, it was shaking all the way, after passing Pietermaritzburg, it started getting worse. On the way the fire broke up from the engine. The driver stopped it as the smoke was unbearable. We managed to get out. Thanks to the taxi driver who stopped to extinguish the burning engine. Telephone number 010 822 9000. Here is the major operational problem from intercity management, 1. They don't care about Matatiele passengers, some passengers say the same bus got stuck. 2. Our safety is not their priority. 3. The bus did not have a fire extinguish. 4. Windows cannot be opened, no ventilation in the bus if we need it. 5. They don't have a sense of urgency. We were standing in the dark from 4am to 8am. 6. No apology of whatsoever, they should have at least sent us SMSs for apology because they have our information on the system. 7. My reference number is B5F93V6G/ L6JEAT7T
The experience is good but needs improvements
I recently visited a Gastroenterologist, everything went well and Discovery went beyond their service by changing the scheme rate on a claim so that they could pay the maximum recommended rate.

I just hate it, Google link promotional emails to my account and again under the folder: SOCIAL I found messages for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn that are very old from 2017 back to 2012. What will I do with those messages? They just clattering my Gmail account. I have sent an email to Google support but they not doing anything.
