This company is a scam company. They use false marketing for their business. They act as if they assist in loans, only to find that they are a scam that provide useless services. National credit Regulator must be aware of this company. Their T&C's are not visible anywhere. I requested for my signature and all that they tell me is electronic signature. I am now receiving threats to be blacklisted for something that I didn't get. They must just give me proof of the loan that I received from them. Not stupid services they are telling me about
National consumer act must investigate this company. This company deducted R99.99 in July and August from my bank account. I called 0313013805 and I found a lady who told me that refund will show in my account on the 07 Sept. Apparently they are dealing with vouchers and I told her that I never authorized such a thing and I don't even accept anything over the phone, How did this guys get access into my bank account?
I have been struggling to help my mother to claim my deceased father's title deed from standard bank. The loan was settled a year ago and I have been send from pillar to post and the lady who tried to help me is no longer available. I am explaining to a new consultant everytime and it is irritating because some are not aware that the account holder is deceased even though the documents were sent through in 2008. When I call standard bank I get transfered to all departments within standard bank and I end up not getting any help. Im disappointed in the way standard bank handle paid up loans.<br>
