Illegal Billing
R99.99 coming off my account eventually found a number to contact SS Direct 031 837 1347 Lady told me that I had agreed to take out Home and Benefit insurance as per Tele Sales which is not true. She then said that they would refund which has not happened.. Now they are unreachable. It is so wrong that a debit order can be created without ones consent and that the banks allow it..

A Big con
Continuously phoning and emailing saying they want to check our listing in the telephone book. A monthly payment which must be paid upfront Do they check the directory every month ??? and to top it all the directory has already been printed.Their email is [Email Removed] which makes one think they are legit. They have no website or business address an absolute con Be very careful

Great Food Excellent value
Had breakfast Sunday morning service was outstanding and the food was of exceptional quality. Really good value.<br> The cleanliness and attitude of staff was world class.

kept waiting on the phone for ever
Put on hold and waiting indefinitely. Sent email to ask for help no response. Always experiencing high volume of calls very frustrating.
