⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service
I recently bought an otoscope from Borescope and mentioned in my order notes that it was urgent. I was honestly blown away when I received a personal phone call shortly after placing the order — they were doing everything they could to get my parcel to the depot because the courier had already left the area. True to their word, the package arrived the very next day! Thank you for the incredible speed and thoughtful service. It’s so refreshing to see a company that still genuinely prioritizes its customers. I’ll definitely be buying from you again and recommending you to others!

**** Website Be Careful "Japan Motor Spares" is not Japan Auto
*****ed website, some of our customers were nearly caught by them. Please be careful when buying from a website that does not have a landline number, street address etc. They use a name similar to other legit companies, in this case it's Japan Auto, and then they try to catch you that way. Check if the websites photos are all taken in the same place, if they are all different backgrounds then it's very likely a *****ulent website. Don't pay any monies over until you are 100% sure.

STAY AWAY FROM SWITCHTEL
I received an email confirming that our phones would only be put onto holiday mode on Friday 15th at 4pm as we are open today. But are phones are off this morning and there is no way of getting assistance from them. We now have one person in our office, fielding all the cell phone calls when we normally have 6 people answering calls. I am SO SO ANGRY with Switchtel right now.

Premium Auto Spares Upington non delivery of engines
Beware of Premium Auto Spares in Upington. They are one of a couple of **** websites selling engines and gearboxes. They take your money and you will not see anything. We know of a few people that have been caught by them.

SA Engines and More is not Engines and More cc
Please be aware that this company is masquerading as Engines and More and is ****ming lots of people out of their hard-earned money. Engines and More's website does not have the SA in front of it. The *****ster's name is Adrian. They have done the same in the past with Engine Den and Engines for Africa.

Woolworths Clothing - No feedback or action
My online Woolworths clothing order has been out on delivery since Wednesday. I called this morning and they said someone would be in touch. A few hours later, after no feedback, I sent an email to them and to the Customer Service email address. I had no feedback so I called the same number I did this morning. They told me that the warehouse feedback takes 24 to 48 hours?? When I got angry, she then says that she will escalate this! Why wasn't it escalated this morning on my first call. Very disappointed in your service!

Benodig Buyers Beware
Be aware of this company, they have a HUGE marketing campaign on Facebook and make it seem like their products are from South Africa but they are not. They are shipped from China to you and their after-sales service is non-existant. You cannot get hold of them and cannot cancel your order. I would alike a refund but cannot get anyone to respond.

***Warning*** Don't ever discuss Vodacom upgrades telephonically
WARNING!!! Don't take any calls from Vodacom to discuss upgrades because they upgraded lines that I didn't agree to. They use a third party company to call us and then they upgrade just to get commission. One of our businesses 3G cards that we weren't using at all was upgraded to 50gig and two others 3G cards were upgraded without our permission! This was in November last year. Had to fight for months to get all the upgrades reversed. They finally reversed everything in February but now JULY and we still haven't received the refunds! Vodacom REFUSE to answer any emails, so you have to call them every time and even then nothing is done about correcting the issues. SO BE WARNED - DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE HAVING TO GO THROUGH - NEVER EVER TALK TO THEM TELEPHONICALLY ABOUT UPGRADES!

A M A Z I N G S P E E D!!!
Dropped a parcel off at Pink 'n Pay Fourways Crossing at 15h45 yesterday. The deadline is 3pm and they promise to deliver by 12 noon the next day to the door in major centres. So I expected it to arrive on Thursday before 12noon. <br> Parcel arrived before 8h30 this morning! Incredible speed and service, WELL DONE ARAMEX!!!
