This is my second review about WP Motors. I phoned them without any luck. Each and every one promiss to phone back, but no one do so. Trevor, Eugene, Collin, Marco What is my next step? Lourea
I bought a Polo Vivo last year January from WP Motors. 2 months later, my car over heated. Just to find out the the fan belt was cut.... the guy that worked on my car then, said to me that my front shocks rubber is torn. He also put in a quote on that to WP Motors, but they did not even try to reply on that request. How did my car go through road worthy with that torn shock rubber? And I.am sorry, they will not tell me, I damaged the car in 2 months time. I drove a BMW 118 before that, with runs flats. Therefor I drive very with care. Now contacting them, the workshop manager just ignore my calls. I am not going to leave it to pass by. I bought the car like that and they will replacr the shocks.
Motorvaps: When you cancel you monthly payment, the charge a cancellation fee if you already claimed. Why do you take out a cover with them? It is to claim if you take your car for a service. I sold my car because of financial problems. Now they force me to pay a cancellation fee. The my car service will work out to R6105 for a normal servive. How corrupt can you get?
Bad service. They are to busy to give a quote before they do service on car.
I put in a complaint (6176508) with Mutual & Federal but was revered to Zurich. It is now a month ago and I had no feedback from Zurich.<br> <br> I need answers urgently.<br> <br> Thanks<br>
