Great service and price
I ordered a fairly expensive UHD monitor from them 17 July 2022. Then I read the reviews (wrong way around, I know) and was pretty apprehensive about the order. Have to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with them, DawnWing delivered my order today, 22 July 2022, in perfect condition. I am in an outlying area so would have received it sooner as it was dispatched on 20 July 2022. Snatcher kept me informed of progress with an initial phone call and several follow up emails. I have absolutely no complaints with their service...and the price was the lowest I could find online.

Great removal experience
Professional service, quality vehicle, good price...and the guys who loaded and unloaded (especially) really went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend Biddulphs.

Excellent Product and Service
Just bought a 4k PC Monitor from these guys. Service was very friendly and efficient with great communication (initiated by Brent via WhatApp) between us. This was my first purchase from them and you always wonder if things will go ok, especially with an expensive purchase such as this was. The product is excellent and at a great price. It arrived, via Courier Guy, very quickly (and they included a free Dream chocolate bar). I won't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Fraudulent Activity
<p>Further to Jonathan's comment, I would recommend that each victim lays a charge of fraud with SAPS against the company and its directors (Mr Krige?). We really need to ensure that they don't simply start another company and website.</p>

Fraudulent Website
<p>I ordered and paid for a VoIP phone on 20 March 2017. As per other victims, many emails and phone calls later I am still unable to contact the company and I have not received the phone. I contacted my bank's fraud division and gave them the details of the EFT transaction. They informed the company's bank and advised me to open a case with SAPS. I will be raising a fraud charge today.</p> <p> </p> <p>BTW, I see that the website is now under 'scheduled maintenance'. </p>
