<p>I did my Fais 1- 3 with Alcari, Fais 3 i completed in January 2013, my Fundementals was never loaded onto Inseta although i submitted my certified ID and Matrick Certificate with my Fais 1 in 2012, to my shock i now have to do another course due to Alcari's neglegence. i will never use or recommend Alcari to anyone. thank you Alcari for costing other people money because you cannot do the job that you are paid to do.</p>
I paid up my account on the 26th of June, to my surprise on the first of July they deducted money from my account, I phoned in and they told me the money I paid was not yet allocated, I had to send them the proof of payment 3 times, to my surprise when I phoned them today the money still was not allocated. what sort of business are you guys running? Again deducted my account today. I will never in my life use of recommend your services to anybody, please ensure that you close my account!!
My farther passed away in February, he had a retirement annuity with Old Mutual, I sent in all the documents on the 12th of May, I had to follow up to ask them if they received the information, until today no one has contacted me to say if all the documentation is correct or if they need anything. this is supposed to be paid out quickly because I am the only child my farther was not married my mother filled in the documentation to say that she does not want the money I don't understand what the delay is, if old Mutual is behind on work is it fair for the people who invest money with them to wait until they can do their jobs properly? I don't think so, I just know that in the future I will not invest or take any policy with old mutual or recommend it to anyone. thanks Old Mutual you always disappoint
so after I phoned Telkom on the 4th of May holding on for 3 hours, on the 5th I phoned again holding for another 3 hours I eventually got a hold of someone on the 6th of May. I wanted to cancel my service for the end of May because I moved to a new place that did not have any Telkom lines so I gave notice, and by my surprise when I came home on the night of the 6th my line was already cancelled, then I phoned in the next day then they told me the person who helped me did not complete the order correctly.. so I have not had any service for the month of May and now I get a bill for this month? which I wont pay because I did not receive a service, so how can I pay for something I did not use?? Telkom you are pathetic, never will I make use of your service again or recommend you to someone else
