We were at Centurion mall yesterday. Went past the King Pie Kiosk outside PnP. I ordered a Cheese Steak double filla Pie and my partner ordered a beef samoosa. The first of the samoosa she said to me "This doesn't taste right! " I looked at it and there was 3 to 4 layers of samoosa pur folded to create the appearance that the samoosa is "Big" the little beef filling tasted as sour as the samoosa pur!. We took it back to the Kiosk and the woman working there had a HUGE attitude when we told her the samoosa didn't taste right and it's off! She insisted that it's fresh and was made this morning! She then just ignored us and phoned the manager. She came to the Kiosk also with an attitude and insisted that "This is the way they make their samoosas!" Seriously! With 4 layers of sour pur? They both refused to take it back and said something derogatory in their language and laughed at us while chewing bubblegum!
I am very disappointed at the unprofessional service, I'm sure the other positive reviews are place by friends or LLV. I contacted them on the 20 May 2022, called into office on the 23 May 2022, signed the papers and appointed them as my lawyer to represent me in a unfair dismissal case. I then communicated all correspondence to them as it became available. I heard nothing from them in terms of preparation for the dated 18 July 2022. The 11th July 2022 I receive a call from Tinashe Chikuvire saying that the lawyer will do a Zoom call to coach me and that he will not be present at my hearing at the CCMA. I was shocked and surprised that he would not be representing me and this a week before my case. 2 month's and they couldn't contact me earlier so I could appoint a new lawyer as their excuses for not being able to represent me is inadmissible and lead to me losing my case. The commissioner said that I needed to have my lawyer present. When I mentioned LLV, he had no clue who they are and suggested that they are not Laywers. THANK YOU TINASHE CHIKUVIRE for ruining my life. I don't recommend these amateurs at all.
was booked in at the Primrose Motel on Saturday 21 August and had a very ugly encounter with the staff member on duty, he said his name is Phineas. He was very rude to me and I am not happy with this. I went to the reception where he sat with both feet on the table and earphones in his ears, I greeted him and said the electric plugs are not working in my room, He pulled his face in an arrogant way as if to say What are you disturbing me for! He was rude in his response and was not helpful at all. Very bad service!
Money transfer withdrawn 5 minutes in the same mall. How can we trust our money when staff doing the transactions are stealing the money as soon as we leave the store. Called the number and was told it could take a long time to sort it out, I must go to the store and fill in a form then go to SAPS to open a case. This is ridiculous that staff are stealing money that we sent to family in other provinces. I'm very disappointed at the total disregard shown by the call center agents and manager. What safety measures are in place to prevent this from happening?
