I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service at Eco Motel Park Station. I have been a long-term client, but I can no longer tolerate the subpar service while continuing to pay the full price. Firstly, the Wi-Fi is always down. There's a rewards card at the reception that would offer me a discount, but every time I try to sign up, I’m told the network is unavailable. I am now eligible for a discount or day off, but once again, the network is always down, so I end up paying full price. Additionally, the water in the shower is never hot, and the shower is frequently clogged, leaving dirty water from the previous user. This is extremely unhygienic. The toilets do not flush properly, the TV doesn't work, and the lights in room 330 are out. Often, the power is off for days, which is incredibly frustrating. At one point, I had to check out early and find alternative accommodation. How can such a large business operate without a generator or some backup solution for these ongoing issues?

Unequal treatment from Ecomotel Marlboro. My water is switched off while other rooms have water. I don't know if other customers are more valuable than others.

Ecomotel monument road in Kempton park is the Worst of the worst motels ever , I stayed there for 2 nights and there was a lady at the reception that was too rude , she doesn't know how to talk to clients , she shouts at clients, talks back to you and even put facial expressions when talking to you, stay away from this hotel/motel the service is very poor

Very rude receptionist, clients don't mean anything , they answer clients is a very rude way,they don't know how to talk to clients , to them you as a client don't mean anything.I hate this hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone stay away from it.

was booked in at the Primrose Motel on Saturday 21 August and had a very ugly encounter with the staff member on duty, he said his name is Phineas. He was very rude to me and I am not happy with this. I went to the reception where he sat with both feet on the table and earphones in his ears, I greeted him and said the electric plugs are not working in my room, He pulled his face in an arrogant way as if to say What are you disturbing me for! He was rude in his response and was not helpful at all. Very bad service!
