Digital world Bloemfontein has no service at all. I've been waiting from October till now for them to install my aircon. This weekend they finally installed the aircon but in the wrong place. I've send the owner JD Claassen a message he called back and said they would come and move the aircon where it should have been installed. I'm still waiting... My legal adviser called him and he denied ever knowing that the aircon was installed incorrectly. I would never recommend their service to anyone. Worst I have encountered in Bloemfontein regarding electronic services.

After numerous calls, emails and going to my nearest branch in Bloemfontein my Explorer still doesn't function the way it suppose to. Keeps giving me error code I'm not premium subscriber, but I am. Can't watch catch-up, boxoffice, playlist pause record. This is unacceptable for the amount one must pay each month. No one at multichoice can help me or solve my problem. So what is the use of their call centres and branches? Fed up..
Jakkie Massyn of JCM GROUP bought an enjin from us. 3 Weeks have passed and still no payment has been made. Never ever do any business with them.
Ons het Desember pomp by hul aangekoop . Die bedrag kontant betaal wat aan ons gegee is. 2 Maande na die tyd en hul wil ons nou BTW op die kontant aankope hef wat Desember al betaal is. Waar het jy dit gesien. Bel ons en WhatsApp ons tot na 11 saans. Dreig ons en ons besigheid. Pateties verby. Swak besigheid en personeel.
