Loots courier service sucks
Such a pity your couriers suck!!! Get rid of Ram couriers.. they take forever to deliver... And see your client base grow0 replies

No communication
Sweet people to talk to but they take more than 2 weeks to get a quote and sample.. you can't reach them on the phone.. no one replies to WhatsApps.. real pity cos they are really nice people but if you have a deadline you are going to have to put your dream on hold0 replies
