Snail mail is faster and clearer in communication
Close to snail mail.. send messages that say out for delivery today or in 4 days time.. wt heck does that even mean???

Loots courier service sucks
Such a pity your couriers suck!!! Get rid of Ram couriers.. they take forever to deliver... And see your client base grow

No communication
Sweet people to talk to but they take more than 2 weeks to get a quote and sample.. you can't reach them on the phone.. no one replies to WhatsApps.. real pity cos they are really nice people but if you have a deadline you are going to have to put your dream on hold

MAGAZINE CONTENT UNTRUE
Pick n Pay publish a magazine called Fresh Living. Last year they advertised that Miso, panko and some other items would be available nationwide. I phoned every PnP in Pmb to find that they had not idea what I has talking about. I said they were Japanese products advertised in their magazine and that they werent available. I am still waiting, getting pushed from pillar to post, saying someone will help me...and i have now given up....This is false advertising and I am so annoyed!
