OUTsurance I must admit one off my best experiences , on the app requested a call back wasn't even one minute and had a call back to review my policy premium, after a short discussion with the consultant I was referred to the review department which helped me immediately and could save me up to R500 on my policy premium, thanks OUTsurance for the quick and excellent service!!!!!
Booked pick me up service, and was given an alternative, method which suited me much better, was given a voucher for Uber which was more than sufficient.
The Facility's at the Dam is very neat and clean, but as soon as you want to make use off the facility's you are told by a very rude old man who must be the manager, that the owner said he is not allowed to open the facility's at the Dam, this is not told to you at the time off booking, that the dam is only about 75% full and that no facility's would be open during the weak end.This is utterly unprofessional because you have kids that see forward to a weekend full off fun and then has to sit in a cabin and only have a normal swimming pool to swim in for the whole weekend without warning from the resort at booking time.
