I have just bought a no-name product on special at PnP Dobsonville and on my way home in the taxi I could pick up whiffs of this awful smell from under my mask, upon reaching home I quickly emptied out the contents of the package into a container and the whole house got engulfed in an awful pungent smell, I immediately returned the contents back into it's packaging and tried to call the customer care line from my invoice, I got a hold of Yolanda at PnP ASAP Dept. (due to an IVR system which seems to only cater to online clients) now I'm awaiting a callback she promised I would get from customer service . This is the 2nd instance were I have bought the same item (different brands), from the same store location and had the same problem.
On the 22nd of Feb. contacted IPID via I email, regarding service I received from a representative at the Dobsonville SAPS Station. Till today I am still waiting to receive notification advising they've received my query.
I was at Pick n Pay Dobsonville today were the till attendant gave me the worst service ever and then proceeded to robbed me of R300. The manager refused to reprimand his staff after alerted to the theft.
on the 11/09/18 I went to JetMart Dobsonville to make a payment on my Mother's account and received the worst service experience of my life (to-date). When I got to the till area there were 4 people manning the tills, I went to the 1st nearest to me, advised the lady that I was there to make a payment and she rudely shrroged me off to the next till, no explanation just a "NO, I can't help you" then she left the station. I then went onto a line were there was 3 staff members manning the tills, 2 of the attendants left their tills after serving the people they were with. Spent over 10min in the line before I asked for the manager, a security person (Mawande) directed me to a gentleman in the store and when I called out to that person I found out that he wasn't the manager. When I finally got to the till the attendant (Ntokozo) advised that my instalment due was R1139.05, I told her that that amount higher that what I was used to paying and she insisted it was the amount due, I couldn't pay the entire amount due as I was used to paying around R550 - 650 but decided to pay as much as I could so I payed R1K, when she gave me my receipt I found out that I could have payed R619.78. (as I was expecting). Requested the manager once more and he was still no-where to be found. Requested complaints e-mail from other staff and got told there was no such, advised I could call, requested telephone line to make call, waited about 10min for phone as there was another customer on the line. Manager (Siya) walks up to me as I was about to dial their complaints dept. tells me I can talk to him about the situation advised him I would talk to him after I made my call to complaints dept. manager took phone away from me and rudely advised his staff not to allow me use of the in-store phone. Spent R35 to purchase airtime and call complaints dept were I was put on mute then hung-up on, called again and requested manager, spoke to complaints manager and got hung-up on again, had to call 3rd time to request manager to call me back. Advised I would receive a callback regarding my complaint in 48hrs (recieved callback on 17/09/18 from a totally different person who advised my problem had to be referred to another dept. that's when I hung up on what I feel has been the worst ever service experience of my life.
In 2013 I paid-off a bill/acc and subsequently had the acc closed.<br> <br> I'm now receiving sms threats from their lawyers (a whole year later) without them (vodacom) ever contacting me with regards to the matter. <br> <br> They are not willing to hand-over acc documents that prove that they received full-payment on the acc.<br> <br> Is it right for a non-financial company to charge interest on non-financial products that depreciate in value the moment they are removed from their boxes.<br> <br> Their legal and complaints dept. keep passing the buck and ultimately refer me to a company I never had dealings with.<br> <br> This is probably the reason they are no.1 with customer complaints for the last 60days on this site.<br>
