I am so tired of webafrica's lack of service delivery. 1. There is no call centre number that works, except for their silly what'sap service. The agents either drop the chat or get transferred. It takes hours for you to reach an agent only to be transferred. 2. Webafrica's billing system is so bad... I was charged double and three months later I am still trying to get this sorted. I sent a bank statement to prove the double charge but webafrica claims it will fix itself. 3. There is no email address, it's like this business is operating a scam... 4. I want to cancel my service now I must give 30 days notice for this poor service delivery. 5. WEBAFICA SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS AND LEAVE SERVICE DELIVERY TO PROFESSIONALS.
On december 31st 2014 a total amount of R1500 was deducted on my banking account, I totally fliped because this was not my regular installment. I then had the debit order reversed hoping I could sort out this problem in the new year. I then spoke to my broker who said he will look into the matter. I then recieved a email from sanlam stating that I should pay in R1500 before feb 2015 or my policy will lapse. I then called Sanlam and they told me they will put an audit on my account, because there was some kind of back dated payments. I then went back to my broker and he said that there was an error on the system and that everything will be rectified. Till today nothng has happened, my sanlam deduction no longer goes off which leads me to believe my policy has lapsed. <br> <br> Please rectify my problem
I have made several applications to Eskom for the installation of a prepaid meter electricity box, but I have not received any response from Eskom. I am fed up of having to request this without any feedback!
