For one to rate service, you actually have to receive service of some sort? I have been waiting for 24 hours for someone from Heat Tech to attend to my geyser that is still under warranty. I have already not had warm water in my household since Saturday but it seems that Heat Tech is not worried over their reputation when it comes to honoring their warranty's. I have been trying to contact you directly for the last 2 hours but no-one is answering the phones and when some-one finally decides to answer they "transfer" you only to cut the call. PATHETIC!!!
I am furious. My dishwasher has been stading since May 2014 due to the fact that no-one has a replacement part available for the door handle! I phoned Kelvinator and was referred to Tecsa Reco in Paarden-Eiland as they are their agents in Cape Town. Send our driver to go fetch the part that I described over the phone and giving them the product no off (got info from their website) only to end up with the wrong part... still sit with the part that cost me R142.33. Was then informed by them that they cannot find such a part for me and that I could phone another repair company in the Southern Suburbs that might be able to assist.. only to be told that they also do not stock such a part but that I can try Lategan & Van Biljoens. Got super excited when I saw the part on their website - only to be informed that they also do not have that part but could give me a handle from a Westpoint d/w that should fit...needless to say - IT DOES NOT FIT! How can Kelvinator continue to sell this dishwasher and have NO SPARE PARTS????
