Please assist with this below mentioned matter as a supplier because I was sold goods under false pretence and now I have to run around calling PepKore and Hi-Fi Corporations (Secunda). "I logged a query with hi-fi corporations in Secunda on the 03 of Qctober regarding a Kelvinator washing machine. The machine gave me problems in September 2024, I reported that it's broken they sent out their technicians and they couldn't fix the machine by then. And I then went back to the store to tell them that my matter has not been resolved. Tshepi who was the manager then credited me with a floor machine (Which was on display) as Kelvinator told them that they don't have that unit anymore. Which I felt it was also a reap off and then Hi-fi corp gave me a new invoice with the date of September last year as it was a new machine. Which I was never informed that I must still count the years from the initial date I bought the machine. The Secunda branch is now saying I must contact Kelvinator directly they cannot help me as the machine is out of warranty. The person that credited me with a new machine "floor Machine" was suppose to tell me that the warranty will still date back from 2023. In their defence now 'Muzi' the manager at the store says they are sorry I was never told that by the then MANAGER "Tshepi"and they sorry to inconvenience me. I should have also read the reciept. That says for more info see our website. I was given the wrong perception of the new invoice. Muzi has actually said he cannot assist me any further I must contact Kelvinator personally as they have made that decision and my ticket has been closed & he was not there when I purchased the machine, the manager then made the mistake as they deal with +-100 people per day so people do MAKE MISTAKE and this is one of them I guess. When I made the purchase I went to Hi-Fi Corp not Kelvinator now they have made that mistake on their side I must suck it up or contact the supplier myself. They are the middle men in all of this. I need feed back as to say what is the way forward because I was sold the goods under false pretence. Not the we are SORRY to inconvenience YOU!! I feel that Muzi did not take my frustration into consideration as to say I must go contact the supplier directly. 2. As to say that they cannot assist me further as I was suppose to log in their website as the reciept says MORE INFO then you will get the T&C's. Please Let Me Know which customer will think of logging into their website to find out that whatever you have purchased on that day it's warranty will date back to the intial date of the first purchase although you were given a new receipt stating that it has a 2 year warranty???"

Hi I have bought a washing machine not even in 3 months the problems started leaks and did not want to pump I informed them tje quality is not good and would like to take a different machine my defy lasted me 11years now in not even long time gje s3cond machine parts replaced and afyer service is very bad I am not happy and will newer buy it again I would advise people to stay away from it

Absolutely not a good brand I bought the top line double door fridge one with the water & ice dispenser one month ago The first time I am cleaning the outside today I've started wiping the exterior with a cloth the K of kelvinator came off and cut my finger deep the sign is poorly designed you wouldn't say it's a R20.000 fridge the sign also scratched the surface as i wiped and seen that the I and other part of the sign came off better come fix this fridge!! Hello Peter I am still struggling with my washing machine as I mentioned in my previous complaint. I did received a brand new washing machine from Lewis Stores which I appreciate. The problem with this model is as follows: Lewis stores delivered the new washing machine on the 9 January 2019 (brand new in the box). On the 10th January 2019 we used the machine for the first time. A noticed after two loads of washing that when you turn the washing cycle knob that the machine is not washing at all. I contact Lewis Stores again and explained the problem. On Monday 15th January 2019 Lewis Stores picked up the washing machine and delivered a brand new machine again in the box. Thank you Lewis Stores for doing everything regarding this matter. As our washing days is on a Monday and Thursday we used the brand new machine on Thursday 17th January 2019. To my heartbreak this machine is doing the same as the pervious brand new machine Lewis delivered. You do two cycles washing and then the machine does not wash anymore and then you had to wait an hour before the machine is working again. I Phoned Lewis Stores again and I know that Lewis stores can not be held liable for this as it is a manufacturer fault and even if Lewis replace it with the same machine the problem will persist. I phoned the manufacturer KELVINATOR and explain to Roland Alberts what my situation is regarding the brand new washing machine and that it must be a manufacturers fault because two new machines had the same problem. He promised me that he is not the one dealing in this matter but will go explained it to Sheryl Govender who is the responsible person and she will call me back. At about 12h45 a lady Doreen (can’t remember her name) phoned me and said she can’t hear me as the line is breaking up, but she will phone me back which never happens. I then phoned several times to get hold of Sheryl Govender to no avail. I tried to call Roland Alberts and he was not available and left a message that he must call me back. After a half an hour I called again and was told by the Switchboard Operator that Roland is not going to take my call but Sheryl Govender must take my call as she is the responsible person. They tried to put me through to Sheryl Govender with no avail. I then asked the switchboard operator to put me through to someone higher up than Sheryl Govender. The operator put me through to Pieter Pretorius. As I was busy telling my story and mentioned Lewis Stores this Pieter Pretorius interrupt me and tells me I must phone Lewis stores, I asked him to hear me out first before interrupting me. After telling my story to Pieter Pretorius from KELVINATOR I asked him if one of Kelvinator’s technicians can come and check the machine out as it is clearly a manufacturing fault he told me but it is far to Brits in North West and they must get a technician from Johannesburg then. (Hello Brits is 40km from Pretoria and 60km from Johannesburg). When I told him that he told me that he will see what they can do. I gave them a week to sort this out. In the future I will never ever bought any Kevinator Products and I will also advice anyone not to purchase any Kevinator products as I am having troubles for more than 10 months with Kevinator Washing Machine. It also seems that this Pieter Pretorius just wanted to get rid of me. Please Peter it can not go on like this. Lewis has done enough and it is clearly a manufacturers fault. Can you please assist as I want to cancelled my deal with Lewis Stores if Kelvinator is not willing to assist.
