Poor false adverti*****t 1st there was a microwave that was on display for a 1000 when mu son want to buy it they say it's damaged. Then he said fine he will buy a new one and on that one say there is a cash back and after the deal is done and delivered he will get that cash back so today I called them and asked about the cash back and they came with lots of excuses and we must restart the deal now it's not on worse service ever. It's the same with the complaint I had with the kelvanator washing machine and ended up paying out of my own pocket to repair it service is very bad and then false advertising
Hi I have bought a washing machine not even in 3 months the problems started leaks and did not want to pump I informed them tje quality is not good and would like to take a different machine my defy lasted me 11years now in not even long time gje s3cond machine parts replaced and afyer service is very bad I am not happy and will newer buy it again I would advise people to stay away from it
Hi I am very un happy we bought a kelvenator washing machine so tje 1st one not even 3 months it was leaking and the replaced tje part then after a month next problem with tje machine after lotsbof fighting tje exchange the machine with one that was on the floor now tjos new one is even worse the wash unit packed up it's the worse quality machine ever and then after service from the company and kelvanator is poor we keep hearing they waiting gor head office can someone please help I am not happy with this service is bad and quality
Hi I am with FNB bank for some years now and have a couple of sim contracts and devices from them but it's the worst network and customer support I have ever seen I have been reporting tje network and signal problem for over a year and I even reported it at the branch and nothing os happening they say it's my device that means all 5 of them must be faulty please I need help I am planning on canceling all even my bank account
I think they're service is worse ever I have submitted a claim 4 times now and every time there is different storry and a different person sending me an email ro re submit my stuff this of so sad that thos is happening afyer they make such promises on phone when taking out the cover
Hi I am very upset with them my daughter turned 21 and had to go on her own medical aid 1st month I paid upfront and second month I put an debit order in place at my bank then comes the second month I was doable deducted I requested a refund and was told why don't I leave it for next month I even asked the person who assists me in taking the policy to assist now thos month debit order gone off now my daughter try get medication from chemists and was told tje policy is suspended how does that work now I must send more documents and proof
I have a claim with dotsure and they have excuses not to pay my claim and I don't understand why I am so tired of empty promises from insurance companies

Hi I just want to say I had a problem with dotsure and on the policy where I almost canceled my insurance. But after a call very helpful lady called me back and it was sorted out very quickly they even managed to beat my previous insurance and with more benefits thanks for your guys assistance and help.
Hi 8 am very upset with Dotsure ones you agreed to your policy and payment is received for 2 months and tracker is installed they start with stories now I received a endor*****t letter and additional cost have been added to my policy without my consent this is so frustrating why don't they stick with original agreed policy schedule why when you are a customer now make changes
