Very disappointed..i trying to apply for increase in my overdraft trying to phone in will not help because forever you are waiting..same if they phone you back nothing ...inside the bank in carltonville the friend and family visited the people for half hour before someone new can go in..and to be honest what do I pay R1600 banking fees for this ****?Rather go to nedbank were you can do everything online

Kelvinator fridge
Absolutely not a good brand I bought the top line double door fridge one with the water & ice dispenser one month ago The first time I am cleaning the outside today I've started wiping the exterior with a cloth the K of kelvinator came off and cut my finger deep the sign is poorly designed you wouldn't say it's a R20.000 fridge the sign also scratched the surface as i wiped and seen that the I and other part of the sign came off better come fix this fridge!! Very bad service from xds & splendi asked many times trying to assist with prescription debt send from 2013 & 2019 documents probably 4 times ignoring email & calls Nothing they don't care about you

Very bad service i cannot believe a company like this is in business I've send probably 15 email to remove prescription debt of my account every time it's a new consultant who doesn't know the previous discussion Phone calls doesn't get answered Very bad and unprofessional I would advise no one to deal with them
