I was booked for a technician to deal with technical challenges and non operational zones on my alarm. They changed my appointment twice without notifying me. I called the operator and after 35 minutes holding and passed around I gave up on the idea of getting my issue resolved. Bad service!!
Kelvinator sell new products knowing no spares are available for repairs. My Kelvinator gas stove Is useless and still brand new because I can not replace a broken hinge
This agency has no client service or any support. I will never make use of this agency again
<p>i have a holiday home option with DStv. Apparently you just call in and then they activate the service.</p> <p>Well, it took me5 calls to dstv customer care, twice put on hold for more than 10 minutes, discussions with other agents, holdingbthe line for more than five minutes to log a complaint. But yea... after 2 hours i at least was able to watch some tv. Everyone blames the problem on the IT dept. Really DSTV.... don't sell products that you are not able to service</p>
