Good day, I have two claims with mi-way the vichle policy and motor & combo policy. I have been with my way for 5+ years now. I have struggled with them before. My accidenr happen on the 27th of December 2025 which I had to follows ups on my claims no one ever bothered with my claim I can name them all in that claims department I don't know if they do it deliberately or it's a certain way they work but belive me when I say it has been a night from Claims manager to the entire department. Kunal Bhugwandeen, Felicity Machaba my claim handler I have never spoken to her telephonically till today as from the 27th of December 2026. You write emails she does not respond until you follow up forgetting that you also have a job ypu cannot be repeating yourself with every claim handler. But I guess what I had to do that everyday. I was pouring my heart out from day 1 but they have choosen to bully till to date. Personally Felicty Machaba has been my worse to the Panel Beater it's self Europa panel beaters in springs. And I was told that what I call rims is actually mags and it's not coverd with my motor & combo policy. But funny enough I have hit potholes those very same rims they call mags. The assesor would quote and they would get fixed but today that they are ****** all four I have being told that they are not included in my policy. So if you have a motor and combo policy with them go cancel it because they will never pay for such incident. GO READ YOUR POLICY AGAIN GOOD PEOPLE. From the first day I took out the policy send them pictures to cover my car but today they sing a different tune. FROM AN EXHAUSTED MOTHER AND DEFEATED!!!!

Please assist with this below mentioned matter as a supplier because I was sold goods under false pretence and now I have to run around calling PepKore and Hi-Fi Corporations (Secunda). "I logged a query with hi-fi corporations in Secunda on the 03 of Qctober regarding a Kelvinator washing machine. The machine gave me problems in September 2024, I reported that it's broken they sent out their technicians and they couldn't fix the machine by then. And I then went back to the store to tell them that my matter has not been resolved. Tshepi who was the manager then credited me with a floor machine (Which was on display) as Kelvinator told them that they don't have that unit anymore. Which I felt it was also a reap off and then Hi-fi corp gave me a new invoice with the date of September last year as it was a new machine. Which I was never informed that I must still count the years from the initial date I bought the machine. The Secunda branch is now saying I must contact Kelvinator directly they cannot help me as the machine is out of warranty. The person that credited me with a new machine "floor Machine" was suppose to tell me that the warranty will still date back from 2023. In their defence now 'Muzi' the manager at the store says they are sorry I was never told that by the then MANAGER "Tshepi"and they sorry to inconvenience me. I should have also read the reciept. That says for more info see our website. I was given the wrong perception of the new invoice. Muzi has actually said he cannot assist me any further I must contact Kelvinator personally as they have made that decision and my ticket has been closed & he was not there when I purchased the machine, the manager then made the mistake as they deal with +-100 people per day so people do MAKE MISTAKE and this is one of them I guess. When I made the purchase I went to Hi-Fi Corp not Kelvinator now they have made that mistake on their side I must suck it up or contact the supplier myself. They are the middle men in all of this. I need feed back as to say what is the way forward because I was sold the goods under false pretence. Not the we are SORRY to inconvenience YOU!! I feel that Muzi did not take my frustration into consideration as to say I must go contact the supplier directly. 2. As to say that they cannot assist me further as I was suppose to log in their website as the reciept says MORE INFO then you will get the T&C's. Please Let Me Know which customer will think of logging into their website to find out that whatever you have purchased on that day it's warranty will date back to the intial date of the first purchase although you were given a new receipt stating that it has a 2 year warranty???"

Hi, I bought Vodacom Bundle Recharge Plan-LTE 10GB Anytime + 10GB Night Owl. I brought it through my African Bank Audacious Reward points. And the bundle was never allocated. When I call today they telling I recharge with airtime which is not the truth. Because I have been waiting for the data to be allocated sins the 16.09.2024. Please advise on a way forward African Bank Or Vodacom which I would call this FALSE ADVERTISING I have been ****** here.

Good day, My daughter was in the ER last year September and Getsavvi did agree to pay. After that I'm receiving emails from the hospital that Getsavvi has not paid the amount as yet. They kept on telling me about Doctors notes that were outstanding which I need to request from the hospital so they can pay. I did get hold of those Doctors notes and forwarded them to Getsavvi but still they haven't paid which is 4 months later. And now I have been handed over to the lawyers to collect the money. Which a collection fee is also added who will be liable for that collection fee? Which means I'm doing half of the job for them if I have to run after them to pay!!!!!!!!! Please sort it out
Hi, I'm an African Bank My World Card holder but they have introduced a Audacious Reward system where you earn points and exchange them. It's been two months now I can not redeem my points on the selected brand which is Vodacom. I have called customer services numerous times. And I simply get they have escalated my matter. I cannot speak with someone who will give me a time frame the last one I got was 48hrs that was weeks ago. I'm totally disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been so disappointed in my life with Secunda Legends Barber. I went to cut my hair end of January 2022. And bleach it white what I expected and what I got I'm truelly disappointed. My hair looks like it's been cut by amagudwane. My hair it's also falling off. After attempting to get the color right by bleaching me 3 times.
