BRYANSTON CONVENIENCE CENTRE - The service is very poor. They do not answer their phone. Orders placed on Uber eats takes hours to be prepared. This is really unacceptable and disappointing.
I previoulsy lay a complaint about vodacom and how i made an online purchase from the vodashop using my debit card. This pirchase was made on the 22nd of May. I have been since contacted twice by Olivia to find out what happened. I then received a message that my ticket was closed and on hellopeter i see that i am going to be getting a refund. I have still not received my money back. Please refund me as you were too quick to take my mine but for a refund i must wait.
I bought a Hisense BT Speaker on the 22nd of May 2024 on the vodastore app. I have still not received my order and everytime I call the customer care number they transfer me to different departments before someone can actually assist me. Finally when I do get through to the correct department they say a team leader has escalated your query to the relevant department and has not received feedback. I then asked ok so when was this last escalated, I was told on the 4th of June and to my surprise no follow up was done since then. I have sent numerous emails and not a single response. This is absolutely appalling service and some of the consultants are rude. I want my item I purchased. This is theft as I paid for an item and Vodacom is not delivering it to me.
I disputed my income tax on the 19th of November 2014 and to date I have not received feedback. Every time I call the call centre they remind me of the turn around time. What makes matters worse is now I'm getting sms' s to please make payment or I will be handed over. How can I make payment when my dispute has not been finalised. This is absolutely ridiculous.
