Would give a minus 5 if I could - Ordered and paid for a new engine for my bike in June of 2020 and was promised a delivery eta of no more than 3 months. Lo and behold, here we sit 2 years and 3 months later and still no engine received. A lot of excuses, empty promises and then more excuses. I have been trying to get a hold of them for a weeks now as I was once again promised that "I WILL HAVE MY ENGINE BY NO LATER THAN END OF JULY"(2022) - But once again no engine received and all my calls are being ignored. If you want to get scammed and loose a lot of money, then do business with these guys.

In May 2016, I upgraded my Laptop contract with Vodacom. I used Game at mall of the south as my service provider as they had the laptop in stock that I wanted. I signed a 2year contract for the laptop with the following details:

500Mb top up contract

Includes laptop, data ****le & sim.

R375 per month

At the end of June I received a bill of R1600 from Vodacom, which of course I immediately queried. I was told by Vodacom at the time that they cannot pick up where the issue is, & I must take it up with Cindy at Game. I went to Game to query the detucted amount, & was informed that it is due to the amount of data that I used on the laptop. I informed Cindy at Game that this can’t be correct as the contract is a Top-up and not an open line contract. To cut a long story short, she then informed me that the contact was loaded as an open line contract, & not a top-up contract. I requested that the contact be cancelled & re-loaded as a 500mb top up contact as requested at the date of signing the contract. The contact was only cancelled at the end of July, & the bill is currently sitting at R4200 due to “data usage”. I have contacted Vodacom countless times, & they keep telling me that I must take it up with Game. I have contacted & visited Game countless times, & they keep referring me back to Vodacom. It has been 3months now since the contract has been renewed, & I am still fighting the same fight with Game/Vodacom. Without an end in sight. Please Help!

I recently moved premises and I am a customer with Mweb and have been for quite some time. I called mweb to find out how we are to go about moving me existing ADSL line from my previous address to the new one. I was assured that it is a relatively quick and straight forward process. They sent me forms on the 6th of January to complete and I sent them back the same day. 2weeks after... Still no feedback so i called them... No one could give me proper feedback, but they did confirm the new landline number, wich to my surprise was incorrectly entered on their side... I sent them emails... Emails got ignored... After endless phonecalls from my side and no conclusive answers from them more than 30days later(longer than the promised turnaround time) i still dont have adsl at the new premises and still no conclusive answer from mweb as to what the progress is. Today, 09/02/2015 at around. 14:00 i requested a manager to call me after i was told to phone telkom myself to get the adsl activated. They lady informed me that a manager will call me within 10minutes... Almost 4 hours later... STILL NO CALL! VERY VERY UNHAPPY!
