An unauthorised debit order has been taken off my account on 2 occasions that was not authorised by me! I need feedback urgently regarding this matter as I am not with Discovery for this to be happening. My medical aid was cancelled in 2017 already with Discovery and is not making sense to me as to why this is happening. I have emailed Discovery Bank twice already and nobody has given me a call back.
A Secretary at the PAX office by the name of Jasmine is in breach of her contract. She is giving out personal information of employees to people that request details via telephone and email and she was given no consent to do so. What can I do in an instance like this as I feel this is unethical and dangerous.
On 15 July 2015 at 21:26 My boyfriend went to get petrol and told the petrol attendant that he wanted R50 unleaded. The attendant did his job but put in a R65 petrol and demanded that we pay the price after we said clearly R50. Sabelo then said that the petrol pump was faulty but if it was faulty why was there no sign to indicate that the pump was not working properly and if they knew that the pump was not working properly why weren't we told to use a different pump. Sabelo was not in uniform and he didn't have a name badge on either. This is not the first time it happened the first occasion they pumped in extra and asked my boyfriend to get the rest of the money whilst they keep his phone. What rubbish is this. What would have happened if we didn't have more than a R50. It is totally unacceptable because people need to budget and things like this can throw us off completely. This is a completely weird situation and I suggest management follows up on this immediately - the attendants may be stealing to make their things balance at the end of the day. I would like something to be done ASAP. I have my receipt as proof.
There is a credit on my account because Varsity College told me 2 months into my course that I had to go back to my previous course and complete that one. So, I requested a refund by filling out the refund form on the 8 April. 2 weeks ago I went in to ask about the refund and they said that they would contact the account payer the next day. Which they didn't which is a common thing for Varsity College to do. I need something to be done ASAP because nobody at Varsity College informs you about anything but are quick to call us when there's outstanding documents or outstanding payments.
4 Years ago our dog who was a puppy at the time got into a car accident and had to undergo pelvis surgery and leg operation. Due to the fact that her pelvis was operated on they said that they would spay the dog. We went to them 2 weeks ago and they advised us that the dog can still give birth. If not they would need to operate that we should pay up to R7000 and it was their wrong doings. Now the dog is pregnant and in so much pain now whilst she is in labour and at this moment in time no other spca can help us besides Kenilworth which is expensive as well. The poor dog might die because of their crap
