This company advertises on face book. But is a con. You pay and never receive your order. They then block you on face book and change their numbers They take your cash and do not deliver
I am been harassed all day every day by CAPFIN agents. They are looking for someone I do not know. I request them to remove my number, the agents then hangs up on me. I have called them and requested that my number be removed and get told it has been done, however this is a lie. I receive no less than 5 calls a day looking for a particular lady whom i do not know. CAPFIN PLS STOP
I purchased 5 Cooper tyres from them. Had excellent service. I used the pay on delivery option as this posed no risk to me. Received my tyres within 2 days. And the best part is I saved R 8 000-00.

I purchased a 20K HP Envy laptop approximately a month ago. I choice this product as I was told that it is a very good and reliable lap top. Yesterday (10th of May 2015), the keyboard starts giving problems. If you use some of the keys a different character is typed, some of the function keys do not work.<br> <br> When i take it for repairs I get told it will take at least 14 days to repair. I run a small business and can not be without my computer for that long. I found someone that could repair it today, but i was told that if i go ahead with this then i will loose my warranty. <br> <br> I really feel that they should be able to make a plan to have it fixed in a shorter period of time or replaced my Laptop. It also seems that HP is not as reliable as I was led to believe<br> <br>
Business Technical does not answer their phones. When ever I need to get hold of someone at the technical department you land up holding for such a long time that you have to hang up. I was on hold for over a hour yesterday without success. This is not the first time this has happened. My internet has been down since the weekend and cant get them to answer their phones. I get through to switch board no problem, but that is where it ends. I went as far as to call and cancel my line and spoke to a retention officer. He asked how he could keep my business, when i explained to him the problem, he promised to get someone to call me asap. That was yesterday. I am still waiting.<br> My internet speed is always slow and when you can actually get hold of them, all i get told is to reboot router. I am aware that it may be a Telkom issue however I will never know as I cant get to speak to them.<br> Trying to get hold of technical is extremely frustrating.<br> I run a business and this is costing me money<br>
