Probably one of the least experienced managing agencies I've ever had business dealings with. It's been over a year for since a leak issue was brought to their attention and nothing has been resolved as yet! I've lost tenants over this and still have to fork out on excessive levies. the two representatives I've dealt with (Anton and Lindsay) are both obnoxious, undermining and unapproachable. Every email is rep**** with slander! My managing agents can't even communicate with them! Appalling service to say the least
I purchased a Ford Ranger from them in 2024 with 75000km on the clock. I took the vehicle to Ford for a service and the last recorded date on their system was for 91000km. The clock was clearly tampered with! The vehicles injectors had to be replaced almost two months after I purchased it at a cost of R21,000, The power steering doesn't work anymore and that will cost me R45,000 to have fixed. The aircon doesn't work. The list of issues is endless. I was also informed that the vehicle was involved in a minor rear tail accident. After running diagnostics on the vehicle, it was brought to my attention that the vehicle has numerous crash sensors that has gone off and that there is a very high likely hood that the vehicle rolled numerous times. Prior to buying the vehicle I requested a DEKRA report, and they were just delaying the process. I've also tried to make contact with the owner on numerous occasions and he just avoids me altogether. Be very cautious when buying a vehicle from this establishment. This reeks of ***** and malpractice
I purchased a demo model Tata from Rata Rand burg in Feb 2014. The vehicle was purchased to minimise our operational costs and optimise our resources. The first issue we were faced with was a break down in Umtata. The vehicle was towed to the eastern Cape and 'assessed' we were accused of fitting an aftermarket oil pipe and we're to be held liable for the repair costs. It also so happened to turn out that the clutch kit needed to be replaced. After 3 months and constant arguing we managed to get our vehicles back to our factory in germiston with Tata acknowledging and accepting the costs. Within a few weeks of return of the vehicle we started to experience ignition problems. A fuss was also put up with regards to warranty and service. A month later we received our vehicles back with our fleet management system uninstalled (R5000 system). A few weeks later the ignition issues persist and my vehicle has now been in the germiston garage for a period of three weeks. Once again refusing to accept the costs to repair and putting up a needless fuss. This vehicle has been purchased a year ago agony to date only been used for a gone period of 5 or so months. A very poor product!!
