I purchased a Ford Ranger from them in 2024 with 75000km on the clock. I took the vehicle to Ford for a service and the last recorded date on their system was for 91000km. The clock was clearly tampered with! The vehicles injectors had to be replaced almost two months after I purchased it at a cost of R21,000, The power steering doesn't work anymore and that will cost me R45,000 to have fixed. The aircon doesn't work. The list of issues is endless. I was also informed that the vehicle was involved in a minor rear tail accident. After running diagnostics on the vehicle, it was brought to my attention that the vehicle has numerous crash sensors that has gone off and that there is a very high likely hood that the vehicle rolled numerous times. Prior to buying the vehicle I requested a DEKRA report, and they were just delaying the process. I've also tried to make contact with the owner on numerous occasions and he just avoids me altogether. Be very cautious when buying a vehicle from this establishment. This reeks of ***** and malpractice

These guys will tell you a car has been serviced when it's not. They will sell you a car with a gearbox that will need a 25k fix after telling you it's in good condition. After signing an agreement to be able to get a refund within 7 days, they will want to charge you for having the car for 2 days (while still checking things and making sure it's ACTUALLY in good condition) The owner is never anywhere to be found and he's a horrible listener, he will argue with you over the phone till kingdom come. Anyway, got our refund less 5k due to change of ownership costs but I will absolutely never consider them for a car again 🙏🏾 1 star is 1 too many.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD COMPANY! Go look at their google reviews, they can't even address a complaint, they just tell you to "Grow Up". I have Proof where I asked if the car we want to view was in an accident or resprayed, the guy said no!! When we came there the car was resprayed and you can clearly see in a front smash. It seems like they also tried to hide my review on google, so I will be glad to upload all the screenshots if I could.

Very very dishonest. I phoned them and required about a car. I asked specifically if the car was in an accident or have been resprayed and I was told no it is a bank repossed car. Got there and you can clearly see the car was resprayed and when we opened the bonnet you could clearly see the car was in an accident look at there google reviews I would say away far far away from this company

I bought a car from.Vincent Motors in Kensington. i was told by the owner that the car was 100%, very good condition. I bought the car with 6month guarantee for the gearbox and engine. They advised that the car was accident free. I reported the below issues 1. Gearbox was slipping in gear auto Mr Vincent told me to have it repaired he would reimburse. Gave him the amount, not going to get it. He says if he gets 3000 from his dealer he would give me R1500 I paid 6k to have it repaired 2. Engine has a bearing knock 3. The airbag was tampered, deployed and he said there were not any issues 4. Bad front smash that deployed the airbag. 5. He promised to fix the aircon as the pipes were cut off. 6. The clock was turned back after I checked with enatis and Hyundai agents The list goes on and on. All the above was highlighted tothe dealer 2 days after I bought the car. The salesman were extremely helpful when I went to view the car. I am truly disgusted with the way the owner treated me after they had received the cash payment. I feel like reporting this to the ombudsman. Disgusted client. Please be careful as this had cost me big time

Hi, On the 6th March 2023, my wife and I went to look at a 2008 Hyundai Tucson at Vincent Motors, 70 Albertina Sisulu Road Bruma, There were a few defects on the vehicle, the seats were torn, r/f wheel bearing was noisy and the air con was not working, I went to pick up the vehicle on the 29th March 2023, I was informed that the road worthy had not been done, that would cost R2500.00, I left and collected the vehicle the next day, The battery was flat from standing I was told, they jump started me and I left, The next day, the battery was flat, I spoke to Victor, he rudely told me to charge the battery for 24 hours, I charged the battery for 48 hours, still flat, it had a dead cell, I took the vehicle back to the dealership on 02nd April 2023, to get another battery and the air con had stopped working again, They replaced the battery and fixed the air con leak, I noticed that the central locking, tail lights, fog lights and instrument cluster lights did not work, I booked the vehicle into Hyundai Sandton to repair, 3rd May 2023, I was called by the workshop foreman to come and check the vehicle, he informed me that the cluster has been swapped, there are 3 plugs in the harness for the instrument cluster, The cluster only has place for 2 plugs, you can also see ***** driver marks where the cluster was opened, I believe this vehicle never went to roadworthy, It would never have passed with all these lights not working. Please can you assist me? Regards, Alex Young, 082 852 6392

A car was advertised on Facebook. I sent a request to find out if the car is still available. I requested if we could make arrangements to see the car. I did my research and found that the car was overbooked. I then told him that I am No longer intrested in car, as it is overbooked. The persoon then started telling me that I am a criminal. Started swearing my mother? Is this a way to run a Business? Do not make use of this dealership!!
