Terrible business conduct and customer handling
These guys will tell you a car has been serviced when it's not. They will sell you a car with a gearbox that will need a 25k fix after telling you it's in good condition. After signing an agreement to be able to get a refund within 7 days, they will want to charge you for having the car for 2 days (while still checking things and making sure it's ACTUALLY in good condition) The owner is never anywhere to be found and he's a horrible listener, he will argue with you over the phone till kingdom come. Anyway, got our refund less 5k due to change of ownership costs but I will absolutely never consider them for a car again 🙏🏾 1 star is 1 too many.

Fastway Couriers is the Worst!
Had a delivery from Durban, driver called and said he'll be delivering in 5min and wanted to confirm my address. 3 weeks later, still no delivery and my supplier had to refund me. They then call to confirm my address again after the tracker updated to say the parcel was sent back to sender. Just full of lies and bad service, they also take forever to respond to emails, dms or any other communication. DO NOT USE FAST WAY!

Incompetence and Inconvenience
My email stopped working and no one could assist me, after multiple back and forth I ended up fixing it myself via google Asked to cancel my subscription and was given the wrong amount I needed to pay, when it's time to refund me, Im asked to send multiple documents an inconvenience entirely on me otherwise I don't get my money... Money they shouldn't have asked for in the first place Then you can never reach a senior person to actually deal with a problem, everyone just repeats the same thing expecting it to sound different Appalling
