Pathetic service provider.
Poor or no internet connection since 23 September. Call center agents promise to get back to you, but you don't get any calls. But they take their money every month!! Paying to get no service?

Middelburg Mall Game store.
Game Middelburg is not even worth 1 star! My money is not welcome there! Wanted to buy gift vouchers for the staff. But I am not allowed to send so much money.... Wanted to buy a laptop as well, but as my money is not Good enough for them, through né. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT ANY GAME STORE EVER AGAIN!

Scammers!!!
A car was advertised on Facebook. I sent a request to find out if the car is still available. I requested if we could make arrangements to see the car. I did my research and found that the car was overbooked. I then told him that I am No longer intrested in car, as it is overbooked. The persoon then started telling me that I am a criminal. Started swearing my mother? Is this a way to run a Business? Do not make use of this dealership!!

Old mutual.
Went to Middelburg branch to make a withdrawal from our investment account. We where at the branch at 12:50 and the rude manager told us that they are Closed. I told her that the Business hours are until 13:00. She said we must sit, they will see if they will tend to us. A guy by the name of Pietie assisted my husband. He told us that in future we need to get there earlier. He said the ladies need to get home. He also said that the alarm company is on their case, because now they are late. He made us feel very un Welcome. We had to drive over 60km to be treated as if we are an inconvenience to them. Never had I ever felt so un Welcome in any Business.

FNB Connect
FNB connect - I cancelled my contract with CellC and took out a connect package with FNB. I received my voice voice minutes. 44400 of them!! I can also top-up my data for a very affordable price!! Thank you FNB for keeping me connected!

Pathetic meal.
We went to Alzu Spur on the N4 for my birthday on 29 September. We could only get take away. We ordered the rib and chips. Got home and what a suprise!! 4 ribs and a handfull of chips. Not even a 2 year old child will still be full after this meal!! Thank you for my DISAPPOINTED birthday!!
