If capitec callcentre did their job, And reversed the payment when I phoned on 26/09/2015, and asked them to reverse the payment before it went true, I would be in this mess in the first place, I read a few very bad reviews on the internet, And that was my motive to get the payment reversed, If u did what asked this would nott have happend, my instict was right, please rectify your mistake.
I opend a trading aciunt att titantrade on 22/ 09/2015 they did not do ass pronised so called capitec callcentre to reverse the payment I phoned on 25/09/2015, today on 09/10/ I went to capitec brakpan, only to find out that the callcentre has not yet opend a despute case agents Titantrade.i was att the branch twice,
I made a payment off 350 usd on 22/09/2015 Wich is R4700 to titan trade, Were a Mr Jim Davis promises u that they will help u trade biniary options,I told him I dont have money to waste,I also asked for the trading robot not to be put on.<br> They didnt listen so it ate a lot off my funds,i also asked them about a week ago that want to make a withdrall of 260 usd, wich was not done, they didn sepparate that amount from my trading acount, they leave u in the dark no assistance, empty promises, I tried trading kn my own to trie and get the losses back, I only have 2.50 usd.<br> This is unfair, I would like my 350 usd back as u dont do what u promised?

I got retrenched or contract att work ended, I was working for aveng brakpan for 3 years, they dont want to put it thrue as retrenchment,I spoke to pieter, he is rude, dont wanna listen and thinks its a joke,i tried to tell him that I only have R700 to pay my other debits,and I told him if That if capitec takes their R120 my other debits will bowns,he doesnt care, your no care attide stinks, send him for poeple skills training,its not easy not having a income, legal action will be taken.
Hi was retrenched on 30 march, but was told in advance,so I went on 12 march to brakpan absa with document so my absa creditlife can pay my creditcard as im not employed att this stage.A very helpful lady Nomsa,Matsedi helped me and saud it will take a few days.I phoned absa credtlife varouis time with no feedback. I phoned on 22 april, no one nows,phoned on 22April and spoke to Yvonne she also doesnt no wat happend,then on 24. April. Rethabile Mongosinyane,who told me email the document toKindly email the docs to [Email Removed]<br> Wich I did on 25 April att Absa brakpan.<br> 37 days and counting.No wonder u poeple go to smaller new banks.
My car was bumped by a drunk driver on saterday.<br> On 07/03/2015 I phoned on monday and tuesday, they told me they will get back to me,It is now thurday 12 march, realy, its bettet not having insurance than having unsurance this bad not getting back their customers.
I have a credit card with absa,i asked them since 2013 att the branch and on their customer helpline please make sure that I'm on the system as a weekly paid employee, it idle to the fact that has not been done that I'm behind so mutch on the creditcard,their services such, I feel like taking legal action
