I doubt Discovery Insure realizes what a star they have Bianca Plaatjies. She wasn't even the owner of the claim but she intervened and from there everything a lot smoother. Thanks Bianca for being a true star and for your outstanding work ethic!

I would like to give a great thanks to Yadah Electrical services as they were dispatched yesterday by my Insurance company to respond to a home assist call as we were left without power (plug circuits). They were there in no time and did a wonderful job in solving the problem and also kept me in the loop constantly. I would recommend them to anyone that has any electrical problem. Thanks again!!!
I went to VW Lindsay Saker Midrand to inquire about the process of having a diagnostic done. The receptionist directed me to the Cashier?? So I thought maybe he was an expert of their processes, but he guy just looked at me like a was some kind of moron...which is still okay. I went back to Dineo the receptionist, who only then called the technical staff and explained I needed advise how the process works, afterwards she explained they were busy but said I am welcome to wait if I wanted to. So I waited for about an half an hour then decided to leave (Firstly - the receptionist should have an understanding of the basic processes or at least direct you to the right person first time round). I decided to rather call them (16:17 - If someone wants to listen to the call should it be recorded), and I was transferred to the technical staff (good service level btw), but then, whomever I spoke to explained to me that I was becoming a problem and used fowl language and went out of his way to state that I am a nuisance. When I had my vehicle serviced there two years ago they were really professional but now, quite the contrary. Appalling
