Nothing about the details advertised regarding the car was correct. We still decided to go ahead. We arrived as arranged to find that nothing was ready. The personnel stood around most of the time. Just fussed about the bow, I get saying, no photos. The salesman that was scheduled to meet us wasnt there. The spare key provided doesnt work. I have tried multiple times to get him to arrange for a locksmith to do another key as we should not be paying R3000 for another key. He said he would send one to our house, didnt. He would say he will come drop the number plates and registration papers off. I had to chase him. Eventually I drove back to fetch it. An attachment for the spare wheel was missing. He said they have it. I went to fetch it, no one assisted me. I had to order one from Audi.
Star Dot Toys in Hout Bay is an amazing store. The staff know their stuff. There is always someone quick to help. They go the extra mile. Full of advise and friendliness.
Having paid off my vehicle and needing the original registration document (I have no memory of receiving the docs in 2013) I contacted the traffic department. Who referred me to Toyota. <br> On 23rd Jan I called Toyota. I was only told to pay R400 and send proof of payment. <br> 28 Jan I called to follow up. NOW I was told by Lesedi I must go BACK to Traffic department to get proof that Toyota is still the registered owner. Sent this and again Proof of payment. Lisedi confirmed she attached this to my account.<br> 3 Feb Umkanthla said no registration docs have arrived, I should wait another 3 days.<br> 9 Feb Karen said no, my request was not processed... no proof of payment sent! Start again.<br> 11 Feb Tylo says, nope papers not ready. Manager Maurine Jacobs will call me, but she did not.<br> 12 Feb Lesedi says the courier has collected my documents and I should receive it next week.<br> After 5 years of taking my money, they could not get a simple request for duplicate papers done.
My order of 4 t-shirts (1 was special print job) was delivered promptly within the festive season, but none fitted. All to small. They resent the entire order in bigger sizes 2 days later and no extra cost. Very friendly and super effiecent.
