Pathetic
I placed an order with them and paid, Carla then sent me an email apologizing as she had not responded to my emails as she was pregnant and sick, but assured me the job I had requested would be complete before the time I required it, since the email I received from her on the 23 February 2023 I have not heard another thing, I have emailed her every day requesting a refund as the time frame I needed the shirt for could not be met, still today 6th March 2023 I have heard nothing! Do not waste your time with this service, you will lose your money!

Don't waste your money
I have received a product where the print was torn. I contacted them twice and they informed me that someone will collect the parcel the following day. They still have not collected the parcel multiple times after contacting them and they have stopped corresponding

Poor customer service
Multiple emails and they just do not bother responding, my order was supposed to be delivered by now based on their 5 day policy but still nothing, not even a tracking number made available. i will never use their service again.

Terrible, they don’t care about customer service
They used to be so reliable but now terrible, no response to queries, their number doesn’t work. I’ve sent multiple messages regarding my order but nobody bothered to respond. If you want peace, don’t do business with this company. Don’t waste your time and money….

Juicebubble - Well Worth It
I discovered Juicebubble around 2 years or so ago and have been ordering from them since. Recently I decided to make use of their custom t-shirt design option for the first time. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the end result. I will use them any day!

Juicebubble - Well Worth It

A sad display of workmanship
What a disgraceful demise this company has shown. Having been a cient of theirs since 2014 I can without a doubt say that their quality, customer service and follow through leaves much to be desired. The print work is substandard and looks like cheap heat transfer and not sublimation as advertised and frankly an embarrassment to wear. The sizing is completely off with the "Large" supplied measuring that of the XL. I certainly won't order from them again.
