Been struggling since 5 October 2022 for a refund of R800. I only received one message back since then asking for my banking details to which I replied. Complete silence ever since.
<p>I probably do between 5 - 10 online orders from various stores in South Africa per month. This was my first time ordering from Superbalist and I have to say this was the quickest and most hassle-free experience I have ever expierenced. I will def make use of them in the future :)</p>
<p>Utter disgrace of customer service from Centurion Mall Branch. I have been going to the same branch for the last couple of years and from today on I will never set my foot in that store ever again.<br /><br /> I went to them, with my Father, on 31 July 2016. I wanted to assist my father to upgrade one of his contracts, which is a number my mother is using. I specifically wanted a Lumia 640 or 550. The guy that "helped" me said they do not have stock, but after a while he told me he could order it for me, but that would take 4-5 days. I told him okay perfect lets do it.<br /><br /> And I waited and waited and waited... <br /><br />On Tuesday 9 August 2016, after hearing absolutely NOTHING from the guy I went back to the store and asked for feedback... They guy could not help me and blamed HeadQuaters for the lack of working because it was a holiday week. I told him no its fine I understand and went home...<br /><br /> And again I waited and waited! <br /><br />On Thursday 11 August 2016 around 12:30, I called the branch to get some feedback or some estimate. The lady simply said please hold and after holding for 4 minutes, the call was dropped! Today, Friday 12 August 2016, I called at 9:01am... No one answered. Called again 9:12, no one answered, called again 9:14 and AGAIN NO ONE ****** ANSWERED! <br /><br />Finally at 9:31am someone answered (quite strange as trading hours state 9:00am), a lady answers and I told he basically what I said above. She told me okay it is on back order, meaning no stock and they do not know when they will get it... ****** hell! I told her okay and no one thought about hey lets just call this freak of nature customer and tell her we cannot get stock.,. She gets angry at me telling me that they only find out about this on 11 August, to her surprise I told her and yeah I called yesterday as well and no one could tell me this. Anyway I said goodbye, turning to other shops for assistance. <br /><br />Then the thing came that TOTALLY ****ED ME OFF! My mother (who has the phone we wanted to upgrade) gets a very rude call from a guy from the Centurion Mall branch. This is utterly and totally disgusting customer service, you never ever call the customer back being as rude as he was! <br /><br />I do expect a call from the manager as this is not acceptable! I buy from them for the last 5 or so years, probably about 2 phones per year and this is the service I get????? Again I will never set my foot in that store ever again and I WILL be name shaming your branch on other social sites. UTTERLY DISGUSTED!</p>
