I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service I recently experienced with your courier company. My delivery was scheduled for 8:15 AM, yet the driver only contacted me at 9:02 AM, claiming he would arrive in 20 minutes. This initial delay was already concerning, but the situation quickly deteriorated further. At 11:00 AM, I attempted to reach your WhatsApp support service for an update, only to receive an automated message stating that I had contacted you outside of office hours. I must question what kind of business in South Africa considers 11:00 AM to be outside of standard working hours. This is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professionalism. Seeking clarity, I called your company directly and was informed—without prior notice—that the vehicle carrying my delivery had been hijacked. While I understand that such an incident may be beyond your control, the lack of proactive communication is entirely your responsibility. Furthermore, the responses from your WhatsApp support were rude and dismissive, resembling replies from a personal number rather than a professional customer service channel. The tone and language used demonstrated a complete absence of customer relationship management and concern for client satisfaction. It is completely unreasonable that I, the paying customer, had to initiate all communication and follow up multiple times to get basic information about my delivery. Your service has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and frankly, a disgrace. I request a full investigation into this matter and expect a formal apology as well as a clear outline of the steps you are taking to improve your service and ensure such an experience does not happen again. I also expect to be compensated appropriately for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response.
The treatment i received at your store today was poor from the front door security treated me like i am a criminal for a error made by the store. Security reacted to me as if I stole a plastic bag a single 0.40cents plastic bag the casher mistaken did ring it up security reacted at the door as if I stole the whole store after checking my receipt this is really poor service and I am will to take the matter further if need be.
Always provides the best level of service in the last 10 years of using them I have not returned one ITEM keep up the good work
The ongoing issues with credit card limits and the so-called rewards system that had issues now I have a huge balance showing outstanding on my account first you guys said I owe 700 now I am over 2000 the only reason for the two-star review I had a great help from your contact center this is unprofessional and I will make a point to had it over to my legal team at Solidariteit I have no issue to pay the outstanding amount how ever we as the public feel hard done

I am disappointed in the E-table I received the quality is super cheap made the stand can't hold even a light wait 14.9" Dell laptop I will Hower give a 2 star got the products nicely packaged but already two *****s fell out the products this is disappointment on all levels If the product is SABS approved then I am worried about the standard of quality of goods allowed to be put into work space around the country
