Not a good experience, had to take my vehicle back a second time as the guys didnt do the balancing up to standard, vehicle steering shaking due to incorrect balancing. When they see it is a lady they take chances to find unecessary fault with the vehicle to make extra money!!! Not trustworthy at all. Won’t recommend them at all!!!
I purchased my Acer B1 Iconia from Cna East Rand Mall. The booklet says that I have a 2 year warranty. Acer says the warranty is only 1 year. I gave the tablet in it suddenly didn't want to charge and go on...this was early stage of purchase plus minus 3 months after purchase. I waited 5 weeks for the repair and CNA contacted me and said the tablet is back from repairs without checking it they contacted me. After 5 weeks repair NOTHING was done to it.....how terrible. ..I had to wait another 5 weeks for repair already 5 weeks of my warranty was wasted by Acer....after it came back from repairs again it was fine for a small period of time and then it gave the same problem. The fight is between Acer and Cna and I'm the middle man Acer wants to charge me R2866.55 to repair the tablet which I initially paid R2199.00 for, ridiculous! Money making! After returning the tablet to CNA in December 2014 they have send it back to Acer on the 15th of January 2015 and up to today this matter has been not resolved. I am closing my Edcon account as well very unhappy with the way Acer and Edcon Cna dealt with this matter.
