Bad service, they don't answer calls, emails. I did a learnership in 2016/2017 been waiting for my certificate. Call them no answer. sent email reply later with different answers (from they can find my details, they will reprint certificate, sent all the documents they request), till today haven't received my certificate. Where can I escalate their bad service. Did attend and submitted all the assessment. my time doing. Know they are refusing my certificate.
On the 26/12/2015 I went to the public toilet next to the ticket sale area next to foreshore entrance at cape town station (usually known as 1st class). When I enter the restroom it was almost fully the was a long queue. So I went to the disable people toilet as I'm living with disability. It was locked when I knocked and opened it, the cleaner and a friend when busy using it as office and chit chatting. And it was full of their belonging.
